Is Free a trial?
No expiry date, no payment needed. Free includes 50 AI replies per workspace each calendar month. The allowance resets on the 1st at 00:00 UTC; unused replies do not roll over.
What counts toward my allowance?
Messenger, Instagram and Playground share your allowance. Each AI processing attempt counts once, including failed attempts; internal retries count once. Incoming messages, staff replies and order confirmation buttons do not use the allowance.
What happens when I reach my limit?
AI generation stops until your allowance resets or you activate a paid plan. Your team can still read conversations and reply in the Inbox. There are no automatic overage charges.
Can I connect Messenger and Instagram today?
Bayyo is in early access. Meta approval is still pending, so live messaging currently depends on eligible test accounts and permissions. You can prepare your business knowledge and test your assistant in Playground. Paying does not bypass Meta’s access requirements.
How do paid plans work?
Choose a plan inside your workspace, transfer through InstaPay and upload your receipt. The paid allowance starts after the transfer is verified and approved. Renewals are manual; Bayyo does not automatically debit your account.
Will Bayyo issue refunds or book deliveries?
Returns, exchanges and cancellations are requests for your team to review. Bayyo does not automatically refund customers or book courier pickups. Your store handles fulfillment and shipping.
