Bayyo helps authorized businesses answer customer messages and create customer-confirmed cash-on-delivery orders in Shopify.
Your store, your responsibility
Connect only accounts you are authorized to manage. Keep product data and store policies accurate. You remain responsible for fulfillment, customer support, returns, refunds and applicable business obligations. AI can make mistakes; monitor conversations and use the human inbox when needed.
Orders and channel rules
Automatic ordering must be enabled by an owner. A customer must confirm the products, delivery address and total before an unpaid, unfulfilled order is created. No online payment collection or direct carrier booking is provided. Messaging is restricted to supported user-initiated conversations and the provider’s allowed response window. Do not use this service for unsolicited messaging or prohibited goods.
Access and data
Owners manage connections and staff access. Staff can read conversations, respond and follow orders within their own workspace. Disconnecting stops new automated actions. Independent Shopify orders remain in the merchant’s store. See the privacy notice for data use and deletion.
Pilot availability
Paid workspace plans use manual InstaPay transfers. The plan and amount are shown before payment. Selecting a plan or uploading a receipt does not activate paid access: a platform administrator must verify receipt of the funds. An approved payment grants one calendar month and the displayed AI allowance. Early renewal of the same plan starts when the current paid month ends. There is no automatic debit. Rejected submissions include a reason and can be corrected. Contact support about payment disputes or plan changes. Existing complimentary workspaces retain their assigned access. No uptime commitment is offered. Public commercial access depends on provider approvals and completion of production email and support setup. These pilot terms must be finalized with the actual operating entity before public launch.
